If you desire to have an event you will need to rent  the entire place, and send us any and all details about your event. House No.1 Master bedroom - king bed-large private master bathroom,with shower for 2, 2 sink and closet Guest bedroom - king bed Guest bedroom - king bed Living room - air mattress - queen size bed. Guest Bathroom Shared House No. 2 Master bedroom - king bed-large private master bath with shower, tub and 2 sink ,walking closet Guest bedroom - king bed-Private full bathroom Guest bedroom - queen bed. Both houses can easily accommodate 12 people, maximum occupancy 14! All essentials, towels are provided, fully stocked kitchen.
