**Pet fee $199 will apply per pet. All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival.
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.
** Standard occupancy is 2 guests, can accommodate up to 4 guests! After the 2nd guest, there is a fee of $30 per person, per night.
** Refundable damage deposit - $300
** Pool heating fee of $20 per day, if your reservation takes place between October - April.

** Security cameras located outside, in common areas.
** The unit was not flooded by IAN hurricane, and the bottom area was already cleaned out , the pool is available.
the town is still recovering from the hurricane, and matanza preserve is being cleared out by the city
